Bahana Cendana Kartika Rumbai
Bahana Cendana Kartika houses a very special meaning in its name. Bahana means the loud voices. Cendana is the name of the alma mater of the young people of the band. These schools are located within an area constructed by the company of Caltex, which was then taken over by Chevron. They played a crucial role in the development of Cendana as a school as well as MB BCK as a marching band.
Finally, Kartika is a Sanskrit word that means star. Therefore, Bahana Cendana Kartika means “the din of the stars of Cendana” and the stars are the best and incredibly talented students of Cendana.
